The staff was amicable, the room was wonderful and incredibly comfortable with private bathroom. Greatly enjoyed that we had an iron/ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a work desk. The location was stunning, and we could reach St Lawrence Parish Church by walking.

The room is incredible and large with private bathroom. The breakfast is exceptional and great, and the location is marvellous really close to a naturalistic wildlife friendly garden with far reaching views to the sea and the beach and coastline, Botanic Garden and Steephill Cove. The staff are amicable and lovely, everyone.

The location turned out to be stunning. I was given absolutely fabulous and reasonably spacious room with the bedroom, a nice garden view, as example. The staff was amiable, so I would like to stay longer.

Besides, the location was stunning for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Ventnor Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect, with easy access to the coastal path and beautiful beaches. The botanical gardens were just a short walk away, and we enjoyed exploring the garden area on site. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee amenities. We also loved relaxing on the terrace and taking in the stunning views. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This place is highly recommended for families.
